This quadruple row of 14-needle configuration is highly suggested for use on the upper eyeliner on mature skin.  Because so much skin needs to be stretched tightly on older or mature skin, there is a larger area that needs to be filled in. 

The 56-prong needle accomplished this with great ease. Again, the inner and outer portions of the upper eyeliner can easily be tapered in with a smaller needle that you may use for the lower liner such as a 9 prong or 12-prong needle.
