The Perma Blend's Scalp Kit is specially blended for the scalp. The quality of these pigments were formulated to last longer and need minimal touch up. The kit consists of five colours ranging from light grey to black and even brown and also contains an orange modifier and a complimentary bottle of Thin Shading Solution:
